“ Best Pad Thai (ask for no chilli powder added)! This place is my go-to for Pad Thai, tried many but this has been my favorite. They have been adding topping from the classic one with prawn to sausages. You can also try Oyster Thai Omelette (หอยทอด) then add chilli sauce (sweet with a little bit of heat). Pan fried Turnip(กอก้วย) is also recommended. ”

The sauce was well-mixed with the noodles, creating a satisfyingly rich flavor, though I think it could be even more intense, which would be amazing. They provided a full set of accompaniments: chives, banana blossom, and crispy bean sprouts – truly complete! The stir-fried daikon radish cake (chai tow kway) was cut into large cubes and stir-fried with egg, coating each piece. This gave it a nice chewiness and the texture wasn't mushy at all. On the table, the condiments included clean-looking chili powder and peanuts. ”
